Overwhelmed can be replaced with clarity. I teach problem solving skills and coping strategies that help you determine the next best steps for you. Examples are the following: Intuition Training, Decision Making Training, Body Centered Mindfulness, and Dream Work.
What is Intuition Training?
All of us have intuition, but we don't know when to trust it. Training teaches you to find focus and centeredness by accessing a quiet neutral place in your brain, clear of mind chatter. This brings coherence to your head, your heart and your gut. Then you can trust your intuition. Some techniques include the following:
Trusting intuition becomes easier because you have tools to bring you to being focused and centered. Stress is reduced by calming the constant dialogue in your head and giving you access to your inner knowing.

What is Decision Making Training?
How to make decision-making easier and trust yourself.
Most us of try to make decisions from a thoughtful place but have difficulty managing our emotions and unconscious motives. When feelings are running high, objectivity and the big picture are difficult.
Anger, anxiety, enthusiasm or wanting to please, tilt our decisions into ones that may not be for our own best good.
This class focuses on identifying the emotions and motives that trip us up. Tools for getting focused, centered, clearing the mind, and listening for intuition will be taught.
Participants will learn the following:
· How to center yourself
· How to identify emotions that may block you from moving forward
· How to know when a decision feels solid
· How to leave regrets behind and how to learn from them
Prerequisites: None, each class is stand alone. To solidify your tools, you may want to attend both.
