New Clients
For new clients, I will email you a link for the paperwork online. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. Please complete the paperwork at least 48 hours prior to your initial appointment so I can be more prepared for our visit.

What is the first session like?
The first session is an evaluation to hear your goals for therapy, gather background information, discuss possible symptoms, and to hear your story. This helps me to have an idea of what direction to take you to help you achieve your goals.
